Funded by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, we have a team of Rough Sleeper Outreach Officers who support those sleeping rough or at risk of being homeless.

 

We provide support to those who are homeless and either provide them with a short-term emergency bed in our own accommodation or at other hostels in the area. We then work hard to find them suitable more permanent accommodation to stop them returning to the streets.
