Would you like to join our Housing Team to support our service users to make positive changes to gain life skills and move on to independent living?
You will be working with offenders and single homeless people in our Accommodation Based Support services, recognising their strengths and supporting them to build on them and empowering them to take ownership of their lives. This requires the skill and ability to challenge and change behaviours.
We are really looking for someone with understanding of support planning, tenancy issues and risk assessment, but we know from experience it’s about being the “right person”, so support and training will be available for your personal development.
Access to personal transport is essential as this position will involve travel within the Suffolk area
