What a fantastic team day we recently enjoyed at Easton Farm Park. ACT’s staff and volunteers were invited to get together for a day of fun-filled activity and teamwork.
Our morning was spent taking part in a treasure hunt around the Farm – split into teams, tasks included naming trees and bugs, pond dipping, building sandcastles and answering questions about the farm and its amazing animals.
After an amazing pulled pork lunch, our afternoon was spent in new groups getting to know the animals better – we got to hug bunnies, stroke sheep and cuddle chicks.
Not all of the animals seemed that pleased to see us (see the sheep video below!)
Some of us took part in cooking workshops – Scotch eggs and sausage rolls came out of the oven smelling amazing.
We want to thank everyone at Easton Farm Park for making our day so enjoyable – and thanks to all of our staff and volunteers for their enthusiasm – it was great to get to know everyone just that little bit better!
