We offer advice, support and action to individuals and families who are referred to us by other professionals, or who ask for help themselves

We work closely with other agencies and professionals to receive referrals; we also refer outwards if we feel that people would benefit from further support.

Self-referral

We offer advice, support and action to people who self-refer for all of our services.

Our Domestic Abuse support team, for example, have an emergency hotline - 0800 977 5690 - and offer crisis support as well as intensive support and ongoing advice and guidance.
